The opportunity

We are seeking a Lead Enterprise Applications Engineer to serve as the primary architect and subject matter expert for our core systems, including Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution. You will take ownership of our application strategy, ensuring that our manufacturing and enterprise functions are efficient, scalable, and fully optimized. As we grow, you will also have the chance to build and mentor a small team of engineers, guiding them in best practices and innovative solution design.

A day in the life

• You will act as the lead advisor for our enterprise platforms, translating business needs into functional specifications and robust system configurations.
• You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of system enhancements, from initial design and integration planning to troubleshooting and tier 3 support.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, ensuring our technology stack remains perfectly aligned with our manufacturing goals.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a deep background in enterprise application management and a passion for manufacturing processes. You communicate clearly in English and thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment. Your qualifications include:

• At least 6 years of professional experience in a related field, specifically with Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce administration and development.
• Strong technical proficiency in data modeling and querying, including the use of Oracle SQL or SOQL.
• A proven ability to lead complex projects, mentor team members, and interface effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
• Experience with software development methodologies and a knack for translating complex business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and PowerBI is a plus, as is experience in Product Lifecycle Management.
