About the Role
As a Lead Engineer, you will provide thought leadership and technical expertise across the broader engineering team. Your deep understanding of business needs as well as your guidance to the teams in designing and building technical solutions will greatly impact business outcomes.
You will be joining a platform team focused on the development of search technology behind all of our products, including our flagship product, Elements. Elements is our subscription-based digital asset platform offering a vast library of creative resources to empower designers and creatives to do their best work and to bring their creative ideas to life! This role will provide leadership and technical guidance for engineers as well as drive new practices and initiatives to uplift how the teams work.
