The opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Engineer to take charge of our Contacts platform. This is a pivotal role where you will shape the tools that help recruiters, sales representatives, and marketers manage their contacts and close deals with ease. You will serve as a technical leader, guiding the development of reliable, user-friendly features while ensuring our architecture remains scalable and efficient. A day in the life

• You will write high-quality code while setting the technical standards for your squad, ensuring that our architecture remains clean, scalable, and built for the long term.
• You will lead your team by managing capacity, removing blockers, and facilitating alignment to ensure everyone stays motivated and focused on delivering results.
• You will act as a bridge between departments, driving cross-team collaboration and maintaining a healthy, ownership-driven culture through regular check-ins and retrospectives.

Who you are

You are an experienced technical leader with a background in product-focused SaaS environments. We are looking for someone who brings the following skills and experience:

• At least 8 years of software development experience, including several years in a hands-on leadership capacity.
• Deep technical expertise in TypeScript, with strong proficiency in Node.js and Next.js.
• A solid grasp of distributed systems and modern web architecture principles.
• A passion for high-performance user experiences, including a sharp eye for browser performance and page speed optimization.
• Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and mentor your team effectively.
• A collaborative mindset that thrives on sharing knowledge and empowering others to grow.
