What you bring

We need a Lead-level professional who will join us full time on an on-site basis and bring deep expertise in technology, cloud platforms, and system integration. You will combine strong object-oriented programming skills with hands-on experience in React or Angular, C#, .NET Core, RESTful APIs, and unit testing to design and deliver high-performing solutions. Your three main responsibilities will be leading the technical design and integration of our customer engagement, loyalty, and media products with third-party platforms, mentoring teams on architecture and code quality, and driving end-to-end projects that meet agreed service levels while spotting and removing technical risks early. The role is based anywhere.

Requirements

You will have solid experience designing cloud-native architectures and high-volume, low-latency integrations, along with a clear grasp of data structures, algorithms, micro-services, and event-driven patterns such as publish-subscribe. Hands-on skills with container platforms like Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes, and either GCP or Azure are essential, as is familiarity with relational databases (Postgres preferred) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab or Octopus a plus). Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder-management abilities are equally important, and you should be comfortable working in English.
