What you bring

As our Lead DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high availability and performance of our services. This is a full-time, remote position that is open to candidates located anywhere. You will be responsible for the following core areas:

• Designing, automating, and monitoring infrastructure to ensure our security solutions remain resilient and efficient.
• Collaborating closely with software developers to streamline deployment processes and ensure development workflows follow established best practices.
• Taking ownership of production environments by troubleshooting live issues and implementing robust security measures to protect against emerging threats.

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of relevant experience in a DevOps capacity. You should have advanced expertise in AWS and a deep understanding of micro-service architectures. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with Linux/Unix environments, possesses strong shell scripting skills, and has a proven track record of managing CI/CD pipelines using open-source tools. Beyond your technical hard skills, we value individuals who are curious, self-driven, and committed to building high-quality software. You should be capable of working independently to meet deadlines while maintaining a focus on simplicity and scalability. Proficiency in English is required to collaborate effectively with our global team.
