What you'll be doing

• You will design and implement the infrastructure required to migrate our key systems while ensuring consistent uptime and high quality for our global customers.
• You will build, test, and maintain the tools and processes necessary to host our SaaS products securely and efficiently on AWS.
• You will partner closely with our developers to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our applications and server environments.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or operations roles. We are looking for someone who possesses a strong engineering mindset and a passion for technology. Your background should include the following:

• Expertise in system design, architecture, and cloud computing services, specifically within the AWS ecosystem.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code using Terraform, along with experience in CI/CD methodologies and tools like GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• A solid grasp of networking and security concepts, including experience with security compliance standards like SOC2.
• Fluency in reading and working with Bash, Zsh, HCL, Python, Ruby, and JavaScript.
• A collaborative spirit, as you will be working within a multi-user infrastructure team and participating in an on-call rotation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to own projects from conception to execution.
