Role at a glance

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere. As a lead-level role, you will be responsible for shaping our cloud infrastructure and mentoring the next generation of engineering talent within our organization.

Your impact

• Architect and maintain our AWS cloud infrastructure to support multi-tenant SaaS applications, machine learning initiatives, and data analytics products.
• Automate the deployment, monitoring, and management of complex operating environments using Infrastructure as a Service tools.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers while collaborating across teams to prioritize critical business tasks and resolve technical challenges.

What you'll need

• At least 12 years of software engineering experience, with 7 or more years specifically focused on the intersection of software development and technical operations.
• Deep technical expertise in AWS foundational and advanced services, including EC2, VPC, Lambda, and RDS.
• Hands-on proficiency with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong automation skills using Terraform and scripting languages like Python.
• Experience managing security infrastructure, including IAM, encryption, compliance auditing, and two-factor authentication.
• A solid grasp of version control strategies and configuration management tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset.
