What you'll be doing
- You will lead development efforts across the full software development life cycle, ensuring our projects are delivered effectively from start to finish.
- You will act as a mentor and technical guide for other developers, fostering a supportive team culture while maintaining high standards of code quality.
- You will work hands-on with our core technology stack to build and maintain robust applications, switching seamlessly between independent tasks and collaborative team initiatives.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in leadership and a proven ability to manage technical projects. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in an Agile environment and possesses the following technical skills:
- Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.
- Proficiency with Entity Framework and SQL Server for data management.
- Experience with .Net Core and Visual Basic.
- A solid grasp of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Fluency in English, allowing you to communicate clearly with your colleagues.
