Role at a glance

We are looking for a Lead Developer Relations Advocate to join our product organization. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates located anywhere. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a lead-level background who is ready to bridge the gap between our internal engineering teams and the global developer community.

Your impact

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Developer Success strategy that covers everything from educational outreach and community growth to gathering actionable product feedback.
• Take ownership of our developer documentation site by writing clear tutorials and detailed case studies that showcase the power of the Polymer protocol.
• Act as the primary advocate for the developer experience, ensuring that external needs and insights are directly integrated into our product development cycle.

What you'll need

You should be an expert communicator who thrives in a distributed environment. We are looking for someone who possesses the following:

• At least 5 years of experience in a developer relations role, ideally within the web3 space.
• Technical proficiency in Solidity and Front End development.
• A proven ability to lead education campaigns and a strong, owner-focused mindset when tackling complex technical concepts.
• Fluency in English and a knack for building meaningful relationships with community leaders and industry influencers.
• The ability to navigate ambiguity while collaborating effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
