At Polymer Labs, we are building a neutral, open, and permissionless base layer for the next generation of the internet. We are currently developing Ethereum’s Interoperability Hub, which focuses on enhancing security, user experience, and functionality to help bring the decentralized web to the masses. Our team is a blend of top talent from both web2 and web3 backgrounds, and we are working hard to solve the complex infrastructure challenges that currently exist in the interoperability space.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Lead Developer Relations Advocate to join our product organization on a full-time basis. This is a remote position designed for an experienced professional who can bridge the gap between our internal engineering team and the external developer community. You will be instrumental in ensuring that developers are well-supported, educated, and engaged as they build on the Polymer network.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Developer Success strategy that covers community outreach, educational resources, and feedback loops.
- Take ownership of our developer documentation site by writing technical tutorials and creating detailed case studies.
- Act as the primary voice of the developer for our internal engineering team, ensuring that external feedback directly influences our product roadmap.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in developer relations, ideally within the web3 ecosystem. We are looking for someone who brings the following skills and qualities:
- Proficiency in Solidity and Front End development.
- A proven ability to design and lead successful educational campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a distributed, remote work environment.
- A creative, results-oriented mindset and the ability to quickly master complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
What's in it for you?
We offer a supportive environment where you can help shape industry-disrupting infrastructure. Our benefits package includes:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
- Flexible, manager-approved paid time off and sick leave.
- Regular offsite gatherings and team-building activities designed to keep our remote-first team connected.
- The opportunity to work in a truly global, remote-first setting.
