Role at a glance
We are seeking a Lead Designer to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity based in Mountain View, CA. This is a senior-level position for a professional with at least 10 years of experience who is ready to bridge the gap between high-level brand strategy and functional product design. You will be instrumental in evolving our design systems to ensure our brand remains cohesive, scalable, and user-focused as we continue to grow.
Your impact
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership by translating abstract brand values into practical, reusable, and scalable design components.
- Serve as the primary connector between brand and product teams, ensuring that our visual language remains consistent while meeting complex usability and accessibility standards.
- Drive the evolution of our design system by developing frameworks, documentation, and governance models that empower teams to maintain brand integrity across all platforms.
What you'll need
The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with a deep passion for design excellence and a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives. You should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in digital design.
- Expertise in Figma and a strong command of design tokens, typography, motion, and iconography.
- A deep understanding of systems thinking and the ability to articulate complex design strategies to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring junior designers and guiding teams through large-scale projects.
- Fluency in English.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $210,000 to $247,000 USD. In addition to base pay, we offer a robust rewards package including:
