We are looking for a talented Lead Data Scientist who will join our team to ensure the quality and continuous improvement of our technologies.
Responsibilities:
Enhancing Existing Algorithms;
- Conduct in-depth analyses of system performance to formulate hypotheses;
- Model optimal system configurations and validate results through A/B testing;
- Develop diagnostic tools to identify and address inefficiencies in algorithm performance;
- Maintain and improve the metrics influenced by our algorithms;
Leading Projects for New Algorithm and Feature Implementation:
- Generate and check hypotheses based on product research and experiment drive the development of new features, ensuring the best ideas are delivered to production;
- Oversee feature launch and measure the impact on business metrics;
- Collaborate with developers to refine solutions and define technical requirements; collaborate with nutrition scientists and coaches;
Advancing Personalization Algorithms:
- Collaborate with the ML team to evolve our personalization journey from heuristics to Uplift Models and Reinforcement Learning (RL).
Requirements:
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights;
- Experience designing experiments and evaluating their impact;
- Experience in modeling;
- Expertise in breaking down complex technical processes;
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools;
- Background in efficiency/growth analytics teams;
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles.
