To support this vision, we are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to join our team and drive the continuous evolution of our technology.
Key outcomes
- Analyze system performance to form and test new hypotheses.
- Model optimal configurations and validate your findings using A/B testing.
- Create diagnostic tools to pinpoint and resolve inefficiencies within our algorithms.
- Monitor and improve the core metrics that our algorithms influence.
- Lead the development and implementation of new features by testing hypotheses and guiding ideas through to production.
- Manage feature launches while measuring their direct impact on our business goals.
- Partner with developers, nutrition scientists, and coaches to define technical requirements and refine our solutions.
- Work alongside our machine learning team to transition our personalization efforts from heuristics to advanced Reinforcement Learning and Uplift Models.
Requirements
- Advanced skills in data analysis and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Proven experience in designing experiments and assessing their outcomes.
- A strong background in modeling and breaking down complex technical processes.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and various BI tools.
- Previous experience working within efficiency or growth analytics teams.
- A solid grasp of machine learning principles.
- Fluency in English.
