What you bring
As a Lead Data Scientist in this full-time, hybrid role, you will be at the forefront of our engineering efforts. You will leverage your expertise in Python, AWS Sagemaker, and statistical modeling to solve high-impact problems. Your daily contributions will center on three core responsibilities:
- Defining the data science vision and roadmap while leading the development of innovative machine learning models that integrate directly into our product offerings.
- Collaborating across product, engineering, and business departments to translate large datasets into actionable insights that enhance our clients' profitability.
- Mentoring a high-performing team of data scientists, providing technical guidance, and fostering an environment of continuous experimentation and growth.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who combines deep technical proficiency with strong leadership capabilities. You should possess a mastery of machine learning, data visualization, and data manipulation, along with the project management skills necessary to navigate complex initiatives. We value individuals who can communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and who approach ambiguous problems with creativity. Proficiency in English is required to succeed in our collaborative, international environment.
