In this role, you will be at the center of our efforts to optimize ad auctions, improve our advertising systems, and balance monetization with the quality of our streaming experience.
Responsibilities

Requirements
We are seeking an executive-level professional with over 10 years of experience in data science, ideally including time spent managing analysts, engineers, or other data scientists. You should have a proven ability to influence product roadmaps and business strategy through data-driven insights. Key qualifications include:
- Expertise in experimental design, including A/B testing, causal inference, and statistical analysis using Python or R.
- Strong technical proficiency with SQL, relational databases, and production-quality code.

- A solid foundation in analytics, supported by a degree in statistics, economics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical results for non-technical stakeholders.

- Full dental and vision insurance coverage.
- A 401k retirement plan.
- Flexible working hours and the ability to work from home when appropriate.
- Generous paid time off.
