We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join our global team and help us turn complex data into actionable business intelligence.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, remote position designed for an experienced professional ready to take on a lead role. You will work from anywhere, collaborating with a diverse, multinational team of experts. You will report directly to our Co-founder and CPO, ensuring your work has high visibility and a direct impact on our strategic direction.
Your impact
- Lead and mentor the Data Analytics team to ensure high-quality, impactful deliverables that support our business goals.
- Define the roadmap for both the Data Analytics team and the broader Data Team, aligning our technical efforts with company priorities.
- Drive research for machine learning model development by analyzing internal and external data to uncover insights that improve our advertising performance.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone who goes beyond standard dashboard creation and enjoys deep, investigative analysis. You should be proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of complex data challenges.
- At least 5 years of experience in Ad Tech or a related data analytics field.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and intermediate skills in Python.
- Strong expertise in data mining, modeling, and visualization.
- A hands-on approach to solving problems like feature engineering, A/B testing, and fraud detection.
- Familiarity with Big Data tools such as Spark, HDFS, and Hive is a plus, as is experience with Git and Airflow.
- Fluency in English.
