About the Role
We are searching for a Lead Cyber Security professional to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this pivotal position, you will head our Information Security team and take ownership of our security operations across all business units. You will be responsible for setting our security strategy, ensuring we remain compliant with privacy regulations, and proactively mitigating risks to our global digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous security testing and acceptance reviews for web applications and software releases to identify vulnerabilities before they reach production.
- Manage the security of our cloud-based infrastructure by implementing industry best practices and monitoring logs to detect and neutralize threats in real-time.
- Lead our incident response efforts, including addressing phishing attempts, while developing and enforcing IT policies that align with global regulatory standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in security leadership and technical operations. We look for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or a Higher Diploma paired with relevant security certifications.
- Professional certifications such as SSCP, CEH, OSCP, or CISA.
- Proven expertise in cloud security, OSINT monitoring, and security administration across Windows, Mac, and Unix-based systems.
- Demonstrated experience leading security teams and managing complex operations in a multi-geographical environment.
- A deep understanding of logical security vulnerabilities and a track record of developing effective security policies.
Location
This position is based in Sri Lanka.
