What is this role?

We are seeking a Lead Architect to join us on a contractor basis. This is a senior-level position for a technical visionary who can bridge the gap between high-level system design and practical, mission-critical execution. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our platform while acting as a mentor within our elite engineering culture. This position is available for candidates based in Czechia or Slovakia and offers a hybrid work environment.

What will you do?

• Design and oversee the development of modular, extensible, and high-scale production systems that serve as the backbone of our platform.
• Lead the modernization of existing systems by implementing strategic migration techniques to transition toward our target-state architecture.
• Act as a primary translator between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders, including Product, Security, and Finance, to ensure business goals align with our technical roadmap.
