We are Zencore, a rapidly expanding organization established by former Google Cloud architects, engineers, and leaders. Our mission is to help our customers navigate their transition to Google Cloud by removing obstacles, minimizing risk, and speeding up their modernization projects. We integrate directly into our clients' teams to provide expert guidance and hands-on support. We are currently looking for a LATAM Talent Sourcer to join us on a part-time, remote basis. This is a contract role requiring 8 to 12 hours of your time each week, with the possibility of renewal after three months. To be considered, you must be based in Latin America.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and attract top-tier talent by utilizing professional networks, social media, and various job boards.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with potential candidates to ensure they have a positive experience from the first interaction onward.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring habits, which will help shape our future sourcing strategies.
What you'll bring
We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of experience in sourcing for a technology company, ideally within a consulting or services environment. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and you must possess strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is preferred. Additionally, you should be familiar with using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms, and any prior experience with an ATS like Lever would be a significant advantage.
