The role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fully remote position open to candidates residing in Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Brazil, or Argentina. You will play a critical role in our engineering department, leveraging your expertise to manage our cloud infrastructure and ensure our software delivery processes are efficient, reliable, and secure.

Core responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps to streamline our software delivery lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Bicep or ARM templates to ensure scalable and repeatable deployments.
• Establish comprehensive monitoring and observability practices using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics to maintain high operational reliability and security standards.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess at least 4 years of relevant experience in DevOps engineering. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Deep technical knowledge of Azure cloud services and architecture.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including PowerShell, BASH, and Python.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and a strong understanding of Git for version control.
• Familiarity with microservice environments and continuous code quality inspection tools like SonarQube.
• A solid grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies to support collaborative development efforts.

Compensation and benefits
