What you bring

As an executive-level leader in our Enterprise Solutions practice, you will play a pivotal role in transforming legacy systems and driving engineering productivity. You will be responsible for building complex, scalable applications while applying human-centered design and modern architectural principles. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates residing in Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Brazil, or Argentina.

• Lead and mentor software development teams to ensure high-quality delivery and professional growth.
• Architect and design cloud-native solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing data structures.
• Oversee the development lifecycle using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies to maintain project momentum.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with at least eight years of experience in building and deploying service-oriented, cloud-based applications. You should possess a strong command of JavaScript frameworks and back-end development, alongside a deep understanding of object-oriented programming and modular architecture. We value leaders who have spent at least five years managing teams, preferably within a consulting or agency environment. You must be comfortable navigating competing priorities in a self-directed, fast-paced setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, as is a solid grasp of DevOps practices, automated testing, and relational database design.
