About the Role
We are hiring a Laboratory Technician for a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will be a vital member of our technical team, working closely with the Coatings Development Manager to conduct experiments and analyze data that help us better understand our products. You will be instrumental in helping us refine our offerings and supporting our customers with high-quality sample preparations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute complex practical experiments to build our internal knowledge regarding product dispersion and integration.
- Maintain our laboratory equipment and ensure that our workspace remains a safe, clean, and efficient environment for all team members.
- Present your findings to the technical team and assist in the creation of new, original in-house testing capabilities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should be a self-motivated and disciplined professional who thrives in a collaborative, small-team setting. We require the following qualifications:
- A Chemistry Degree or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- Proven experience working in a professional laboratory environment.
- Strong skills in data analysis, planning, and testing.
- Bonus points if you have prior experience with the formulation and testing of inks or coating materials.
