We are excited to invite you to join Droit, where we create mission-critical technology designed to modernize global regulatory compliance and real-time controls. As pioneers in the field of computational law, we turn the complexity of global regulations into opportunities for our clients. By using our patented platform, we help major financial institutions identify the correct actions and boost operational efficiency. We are looking for an intellectually curious individual who thrives on solving difficult problems and wants to contribute to a culture built on accountability, collaboration, and personal growth.
What you'll be doing
- You will design and construct executable knowledge models for intricate global regulations by utilizing our proprietary, domain-specific programming languages.
- You will analyze regulatory texts, alongside supplementary guidance and rules, to pinpoint new obligations and evaluate how changes impact our existing rule sets.
- You will collaborate closely with our software engineering team to refine and develop tools that automate and improve our knowledge modeling workflows.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong academic foundation in a technical or analytical discipline. We are looking for someone who demonstrates the following:
- Practical programming experience and familiarity with version control systems like git.
- A talent for algorithmic thinking and the ability to solve complex problems through abstraction.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to precision in your work.
- A high degree of curiosity and the ability to engage in self-directed research.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on sharing knowledge across the team.
- Fluency in English.
It would be a bonus if you have experience analyzing legal or regulatory documents, a background in technical writing, or experience building technology solutions for sophisticated clients.
What you'll get
By joining our team in London, you will have the opportunity to work on stimulating projects that directly impact the world's leading financial institutions. We are committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace where people from all backgrounds can innovate and grow. We offer a full-time position that values your unique perspective and provides the environment you need to excel in your career.
