What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a pivotal position for someone with significant experience who wants to take ownership of client relationships and revenue growth. You will be instrumental in supporting our commercial expansion in Singapore and Southeast Asia, working with a team that spans over 30 nationalities.
What will you do?
- Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with our existing clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, negotiate contracts, and deliver compelling presentations to meet our revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations that improve customer engagement and retention.

- At least 5 years of professional experience in account management or a related discipline.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent English communication skills and a deep understanding of the APAC market.
- A background in market research or the FMCG industry is a significant advantage.
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to solve complex problems and learn new skills continuously.
