We are System2, a San Francisco-based fitness-tech startup backed by top Silicon Valley venture capital firms. Our mission is to democratize fitness coaching by providing elite influencers with the technology and business infrastructure they need to reach a global audience. Founded by serial entrepreneurs with a track record of successful exits to companies like Google and Dropbox, we are looking for a senior Key Account Manager to join our remote team and help us scale our impact.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit elite fitness influencers, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of approximately 30 fitness coaches, using analytical insights to help them grow their businesses.
- Deepen your expertise in the influencer economy, social media trends, and the online health and wellness sector.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to refine our product roadmap and uncover new business growth opportunities.
- Prioritize an exceptional client experience by providing hands-on support to ensure our partners succeed.
Must-haves
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and social media strategy.
- A strong existing network within the fitness industry.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to plan, execute, and grow your portfolio independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build lasting professional relationships.
- High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to managing complex processes.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment where you are willing to wear many hats.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively within US-based time zones.
