We are currently looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager to join our sales team in the southern region of Germany, covering Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg.

Key outcomes

  • Manage and cultivate existing client relationships to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and acquire new clients to expand our regional network and market presence.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from project development and the creation of detailed specifications to final contract negotiations.
  • Communicate the value of our technically sophisticated products to architects, developers, general planners, and contractors.
  • Design and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to uncover new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • A completed apprenticeship as a carpenter or roofer with a strong interest in sales, ideally supplemented by a master craftsman certification, or a commercial background with relevant technical industry knowledge.
  • Proven experience in field sales or key account management, specifically within the flat roof or waterproofing sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to market and sell complex technical products.
  • High levels of flexibility, resilience, and self-motivation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, paired with a professional and confident demeanor.
  • Proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned region, including occasional overnight stays, and a primary residence located within the territory.
  • Familiarity with software tools like MF Dach or ORCA is considered an asset.
