About the Role
We are hiring for a Key Account Executive Non Food position. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a vital part in managing and developing our portfolio of local key accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that our products are well-represented and that our sales targets are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing local key accounts while actively working to expand our business footprint in your assigned territory.
- Promote our product range and conduct negotiations to secure orders, while also ensuring that our company’s merchandising standards are maintained at every location.
- Drive growth by providing expert advice to clients, creating development plans, and organizing effective in-store and out-store promotional activities such as sampling events and contests.
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence effectively.
- Prior experience in sales is required, and a background in working with local retail chains is considered a significant advantage.
- A valid category B driver's license with a clean driving record is essential, as this role requires regular field activity.
- You must hold at least a high school diploma, though higher education is also welcomed.

Location
This position is based in Romania and requires daily travel to visit client locations.
