About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join us on a Full Time basis. In this remote position you will help shape the core technology that powers Tango’s product-led growth while collaborating with a team that values speed, ambition, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the systems that let users capture, refine, and share how-to guides in minutes.
• Integrate AI-driven features that turn captured workflows into automations and intelligent in-app guidance.
• Share your expertise with teammates, review code, and help raise the technical bar across the engineering organization.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on engineering experience and a track record of delivering production-grade software.
• Strong command of modern web or backend technologies and the ability to pick up new tools quickly.
• A growth mindset, comfort with AI-first workflows, and a genuine interest in mentoring others.
• Fluency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment.

Location

This role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere.
