What you bring
As a Junior Technology Support professional, you will join our global team in Singapore on a full-time, on-site basis. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our cutting-edge trading systems run smoothly while supporting our internal staff and institutional clients. Your role will focus on maintaining high standards of service within the fast-paced world of financial services and cryptocurrency.
- Monitor production systems in real time to guarantee maximum uptime and optimal performance.
- Deliver level 1 and 2 application and client support, taking full ownership of issues until they are resolved.
- Collaborate directly with our Development, Quant, and Infrastructure teams to investigate and address complex system challenges.
Requirements
We are looking for a self-starter who possesses a sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for problem-solving. You should be comfortable communicating with people of varying technical abilities and have an interest in monitoring, alerting, and reporting initiatives. Ideally, you have some experience with Linux environments and Apple MacBooks, and you are familiar with programming or scripting languages. Given the nature of our global operations, you should be proficient in English and be open to working shift hours, including providing remote or phone support outside of standard office hours when necessary.
