We are looking for curious, self-driven individuals to join our team as Junior Technologists and help us design the next generation of our production-grade infrastructure and software.

What you'll be doing

• You will work in small, collaborative groups alongside Senior Technologists to design and build robust trading and research systems.
• You will partner with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and deliver technical projects that have a direct commercial impact.
• You will contribute to the maintenance and support of our production systems to ensure our global operations run smoothly and reliably.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Applied Math, along with no more than two years of professional experience. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the following qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python or C/C++.
• Solid experience working within a Linux environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control practices.
• Experience or interest in tools and technologies such as Gitlab, Kubernetes, Ansible, and MSSQL.
• Excellent communication skills and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Fluency in English.
