As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter to join our Operations team.

The Junior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support our company’s growth. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen interest in technology and a passion for people. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity.

Assist in developing and executing creative recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent.

Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping applicants informed throughout the recruitment process.

Participate in career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the company and attract potential candidates.

Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to effectively engage with technical talent.

Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally with a focus on technical roles.

Strong understanding of technical roles and the technology industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

High level of integrity and professionalism.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
