As our organization continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Recruiter to become a vital part of our Operations team.
Key outcomes
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify specific technical requirements and define role expectations.
- Identify and engage potential candidates using diverse channels such as professional networks, social media, and referrals.
- Perform initial screenings to evaluate the technical background, experience, and cultural alignment of applicants.
- Manage the interview process by coordinating schedules between candidates and our internal teams.
- Keep our applicant tracking system updated with accurate candidate data and recruitment progress.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of innovative strategies to attract high-caliber technical talent.
- Ensure every candidate has a positive experience by maintaining clear communication throughout their journey.
- Represent our company at industry conferences and career events to build our talent pipeline.
- Monitor emerging industry trends and technologies to improve how we connect with technical professionals.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department on various projects and daily tasks.
Requirements
- Between 1 and 2 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on technical positions.
- A solid grasp of the technology industry and the specific roles that drive it.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in managing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- The ability to balance independent work with effective team collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational habits.
- A high degree of professionalism and the ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
