Role at a glance

We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with our teams across North and South America. We are seeking a junior-level professional who is eager to grow their expertise in recruitment and technology.

Your impact

• You will actively source and screen top-tier IT talent using diverse channels to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
• You will manage the recruitment workflow by coordinating interviews and keeping our applicant tracking system updated with precise candidate details.
• You will serve as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring everyone has a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process.

What you'll need

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• One to three years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• A genuine interest in the technology sector and IT recruitment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with ATS platforms.
• Fluency in English.
