Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a keen interest in building a career in recruitment. This role involves identifying and engaging qualified IT professionals for various roles, supporting the recruitment process, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, among others.
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Conduct initial screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for future openings.
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and other duties as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of previous experience in similar roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
