What you bring

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in our operations by managing the full recruitment cycle. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United States where you will learn the ropes of professional recruiting. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and initial outreach to guiding candidates through our interview stages.
• Collaborating with other team members to develop effective, holistic recruiting strategies.
• Maintaining organized candidate data and documentation within our ATS to ensure high-quality reporting and process hygiene.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who holds a Bachelor’s degree with a GPA above 3.4. While this is an entry-level role and we provide comprehensive training, you should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as a knack for research and data-driven decision-making. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in customer service or recruiting, along with familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn or various ATS tools. We value individuals who are proactive, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic. You should be a lifelong learner who thrives on challenges and is comfortable working independently to meet deadlines.
