Role at a glance
We are searching for a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Egypt. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for an early-career professional with one to three years of experience. You will be the face of our organization to prospective applicants, ensuring that every candidate has a top-tier experience while helping us secure the talent needed to reach our ambitious goals.
Your impact
- Take the lead on sourcing high-quality candidates through professional networks, job boards, and social platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening applications and conducting initial interviews to coordinating final assessments and selection procedures.
- Collaborate closely with our hiring managers to define specific staffing needs, establish clear selection criteria, and ensure a seamless, positive experience for every applicant.
What you'll need
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- One to three years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project, along with a strong ability to document processes effectively.
- A proactive mindset toward sourcing and a solid understanding of modern interview and evaluation techniques.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search strategies is highly preferred.
