We are currently looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Greece. In this role, you will help us shape our Early Careers function by connecting with students and young professionals to ensure we remain a top employer for emerging talent.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute our internship programs while managing the end-to-end application process.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to identify the best talent for our organization.
  • Represent our company at career fairs, university events, and networking sessions to build strong partnerships with academic institutions.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have at least one year of experience in a talent acquisition role, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment. We value candidates who possess strong multitasking skills and the ability to work autonomously while meeting tight deadlines. You should be passionate about mentoring young professionals and have a keen eye for detail when managing recruitment metrics and event logistics. Proficiency in English is essential, and you must be comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a demanding professional setting.
