We are currently looking for a Junior System Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage our core infrastructure and systems to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Collaborate with our development team to test application performance, pinpoint bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.
- Provide comprehensive technical support, including helpdesk assistance, remote desktop troubleshooting, and software installation for both Mac and PC users.
Requirements
- You should have between 0 and 2 years of professional experience.
- A degree in BE, BTech, BCA, BSc, or any postgraduate program is required.
- Strong foundational knowledge of networking, computer hardware, and operating systems is essential.
- You must be a quick learner who is comfortable working in an agile startup setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with a genuine passion for staying current with technology trends.
- You must be willing to work the night shift.
