What you bring

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will join our team on a full-time, on-site basis to help us build high-performance systems. You will work closely with our senior developers to master the complexities of the automated trading industry. Your core responsibilities include the following:

• Assisting senior staff with all aspects of software development within our automated trading business.
• Writing, maintaining, and supporting production-quality code for our global trading components.
• Building deep expertise in C++ and the principles of high-performance system design.
• Collaborating across our technology, finance, and trading departments to ensure business success.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess a strong technical foundation and a genuine interest in how math and software intersect with financial markets. You should hold a degree in a technical or industry-related field, such as a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate. Proficiency in C++, C#, and Python is essential, while experience with Linux scripting is considered a significant advantage. Beyond technical skills, we value a strong work ethic, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills in English. You must be comfortable working in an on-site capacity, as this role requires your physical presence in our office.
