Since our founding in 2014, we have established ourselves as the provider of the industry’s first cloud-based, fully customizable, end-to-end software platform designed to automate securities-based lending. We work alongside the largest banks, prominent insurance companies, and major online brokerages to improve the financial ecosystem by democratizing access to lending. We are currently searching for a Junior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer to learn from our senior technical experts, gain a deep understanding of the software development life cycle, and grow into a key technical leader within our organization.
Key outcomes
- Participate in every stage of our software development life cycle.
- Perform hands-on coding to build new features and resolve bugs.
- Assist with the release and deployment of software components within your assigned domain.
- Identify and diagnose product issues while providing necessary technical support.
- Engage in ad-hoc projects based on your interests and the needs of the team.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency or experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages, specifically Java, C/C++, or JavaScript.
- Practical experience working with the Java Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- The ability to manage high-priority tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- A flexible mindset that allows you to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a growing company.
- Fluency in English.
- Availability to begin the role within one month of accepting an offer.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience or familiarity with Python.
