What you bring

We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our backend team on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in our engineering department, working in a hybrid environment to build robust systems from the ground up. Your work will focus on the following core responsibilities:

• Designing and developing microservice-based components for our electronic trading platform.
• Creating new features and product enhancements that prioritize security, performance, and reliability.
• Applying test-driven development and agile methodologies to maintain a high standard of code quality.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in Python programming, with any experience in Rust being a significant advantage. We value candidates who possess a deep understanding of computer architecture and network layers. You should be comfortable building scalable systems and have practical experience delivering real-time data over the web. We are looking for someone with a proactive, self-driven personality who takes ownership of their work. Proficiency in English is required, and a degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred. Our hiring process includes a resume review, an online coding test, and two rounds of practical interviews, which may involve live coding or project-based tasks.
