The opportunity

We are adding a Junior Software Developer to our remote technology team. In this full-time role you will help design, build, and maintain the applications that power our contact centers, web platforms, and business-intelligence tools. Your work will directly support the systems our linguists and clients rely on every day, giving you a clear line of sight from the code you write to the real-world impact it creates.

A day in the life

• You start by reviewing upcoming tasks, then dive into full-stack development-writing C# in ASP.NET MVC, shaping front-end experiences with React, and tuning SQL queries that keep our data reliable.
• Mid-morning you might configure advanced call-flow logic for a new client, test a Power BI dashboard that visualizes service metrics, or troubleshoot an Azure Web App deployment with the infrastructure team.
• Before wrapping up, you run unit tests, document your changes, and join a quick stand-up to share progress and flag any blockers, ensuring projects stay on schedule.

Who you are

You bring two to five years of hands-on experience building software with Microsoft technologies and feel comfortable working independently in a remote setting. You are fluent in .NET C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML and modern JavaScript frameworks, Microsoft SQL, and the React library. Experience with Power BI or other business-intelligence tools, Azure Web Apps, and third-party SDKs or APIs is highly valued. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience rounds out your background, and you communicate clearly in English.
