The opportunity

As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a vital role in our talent acquisition strategy. You will be the face of our company to potential hires, ensuring that every candidate has a positive experience as they navigate our hiring process. This role is perfect for a hardworking individual who wants to grow their career while helping us scale our operations across the United States.

A day in the life

• You will actively source and engage with potential candidates by utilizing job boards, social media channels, and various search engines.
• You will collaborate closely with our hiring managers to define specific role requirements and manage the scheduling of interviews.
• You will maintain our candidate pipeline by tracking active and passive talent within our internal databases and applicant tracking systems.

Who you are

We are looking for a teammate who thrives on collaboration and possesses excellent oral and written communication skills. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with a natural ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. While a bachelor's degree is preferred, we value your ability to learn and adapt. You should be proficient with office productivity tools, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and the Google Suite. Fluency in English is required to ensure you can effectively connect with our candidates and internal stakeholders.
