The role
We are searching for a Junior Recruiter to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis within the United States. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone who is high-energy, hardworking, and creative. Core responsibilities
- Proactively source potential candidates by utilizing job boards, search engines, and social media channels to engage with talent.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and manage the interview scheduling process.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of active and passive candidates while tracking recruiting metrics to improve our hiring efficiency.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- A strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and the Google Suite.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
