We pride ourselves on being a hub for innovation, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our US Product team to help us shape the future of our Zelle gateway.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Junior Product Owner to join us on a full-time basis. While this is a junior-level title, we are seeking a professional with at least two years of experience in business analysis or product ownership. This is a remote position, and we are happy to consider candidates based in Canada (Ontario) or the US states of Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Florida. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to drive the development of our Zelle features.
What will you do?
- Partner with senior product leaders and cross-functional engineering teams to guide the end-to-end delivery of our Zelle payment products.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing clear guidance and requirements to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Take ownership of key product tasks, including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, analyzing data, and documenting both functional and non-functional specifications.

- At least 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Junior Product Owner capacity.

- Technical proficiency with APIs and cloud-based product environments.
- Strong skills in data analysis and the ability to present complex insights to various stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a proven ability to translate product vision into actionable requirements.
