The opportunity

We are looking for a Junior Product Owner to join our team as a contractor. This role is a vital link in our agile development process, serving as the bridge between our business stakeholders and our technical teams. You will be instrumental in turning high-level business goals into clear, actionable specifications. By working closely with our Product Manager, you will help execute the product roadmap and ensure that the solutions we deliver are not only technically sound but also perfectly aligned with the needs of our clients.

A day in the life

• You will translate complex business requirements into clear documentation and manage the product backlog to ensure the development team stays focused on the most impactful tasks.
• You will participate in essential agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, to keep communication flowing and projects moving forward.
• You will conduct user research and provide real-time feedback to developers, ensuring that every feature we build hits the mark and addresses the core needs of our users.

Who you are

You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong interest in product management and a solid foundation in cybersecurity. Whether you are a recent graduate or have early-career experience with SaaS applications, you are eager to apply your skills in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable using industry-standard tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma to manage workflows. You possess excellent communication skills in English and have a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. While not required, holding certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or a Professional Scrum Product Owner designation would certainly make your application stand out.
