Role at a glance
We are looking for a Junior Product Owner to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an ideal position for a motivated professional looking to grow within a dynamic environment. You will work in a hybrid capacity based in Germany, collaborating closely with our developers and stakeholders to drive our product strategy forward.
Your impact
- You will identify and prioritize new opportunities to boost sales and customer loyalty by introducing impactful product improvements and features.
- You will gradually take ownership of a development team, managing their progress and making key strategic decisions to ensure project success.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, regularly presenting your progress to management and leading your team as an intrapreneur focused on specific KPIs.
What you'll need
We are looking for a digital native who is eager to take on responsibility and solve complex problems. You should have the following qualifications:
- Practical experience in product management, ideally with a solid understanding of agile software development methods.
- A strong interest in technology, including familiarity with common business models and experience in business development.
- Knowledge of online and mobile marketing metrics such as CTR, CPM, and ARPI.
- The ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate interdisciplinary teams to achieve their best work.
- Fluency in English.
