What you bring

As a Junior Product Designer, you will work in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in Serbia. You will play a vital role in our research and development efforts by helping our team design intuitive web and mobile applications that empower our users. Your work will be deeply rooted in user-centered research and will directly influence the success of our clinical trial solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with senior designers throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial research and exploration to final launch.
• Developing sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma to test and refine product experiences.
• Participating actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies and working alongside cross-functional partners, including engineers and product managers, to ensure design requirements are met.

Requirements

We are looking for a creative and collaborative individual who is passionate about building user-centered products. You should have at least one year of professional or internship experience in product or user experience design, ideally within an agile environment focusing on B2B or enterprise software. Proficiency in Figma is essential, as is a strong ability to communicate your design concepts clearly to a broader team. We require an updated portfolio that showcases your interaction design skills and your ability to contribute to a Design System. You must be comfortable working in English and possess the soft skills necessary to thrive in a highly collaborative, cross-functional setting.
