We are Florence Healthcare, and we are on a mission to accelerate the delivery of medical cures by streamlining clinical trials. Our software is currently utilized by over 10,000 research sites and sponsors across 45 countries, and we are working toward the goal of doubling the speed at which new medicines reach the market. We are currently looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior designers throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial user research and exploration to the final launch of features.
- Develop high-quality design artifacts, including sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma to refine and test user experiences.
- Participate actively in agile scrum teams by attending ceremonies, coordinating with product owners, and contributing to our internal design system.
Requirements
- At least one year of professional or internship experience in product or user experience design, ideally within an agile environment focused on B2B or enterprise software.
- Proven proficiency in Figma and a strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear user interface and interaction designs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present your design concepts clearly to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
- A current design portfolio that showcases your skills and previous project work.
