What is this role?
We are looking for a Junior Operations Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. While this is a junior-level position, we are looking for someone with a senior mindset who is ready to take on significant responsibility. You will report directly to our Fraud Operations Lead and play a vital part in protecting both our company and our clients by identifying and addressing suspicious activity. This role is fully remote, allowing you to contribute to our mission from anywhere.
What will you do?
- Monitor transactions to identify potential fraud or suspicious behavior.
- Perform manual reviews for any applications that do not pass our automated CIP or KYC verification processes.
- Support our broader fraud monitoring efforts, which includes tracking disputes and reviewing ACH payments and Remote Deposit Capture items.
