What is this role?

We are looking for a Junior Online Marketing Manager with a strong focus on Project Management. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Willich office. It is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn the ropes of digital marketing while managing the flow of client projects.

What will you do?

• You will lead the onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through our setup procedures and answering their initial questions via Zoom.
• You will take charge of project coordination, ensuring we have all the necessary access and information to launch campaigns successfully by using our internal checklists and tracking systems.
• You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, maintaining regular communication to provide progress updates, clarify requests, and ensure that every project meets our quality standards before it goes live.
