Junior .Net Developer at TechQuarter

The role

We are hiring a Junior .Net Developer to join us on a full-time basis in a hybrid work arrangement. This position is open to candidates with junior-level experience who are ready to contribute to large-scale cloud native projects across our locations in Romania and Moldova.

Core responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain large-scale cloud native applications while ensuring performance, scalability, observability, reliability, and security.
• Build and implement high-performance RESTful APIs and data processing pipelines that support mobile, web, and third-party integrations.
• Take part in technical architecture discussions and contribute to decisions that shape our backend services and overall system direction.

Skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• One to two years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience building REST APIs with .NET.
• Basic understanding of agile software development lifecycles and DevOps principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a cross-functional team.
• Professional-level English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation and benefits

We provide comprehensive medical insurance, 24 holiday days plus three bonus days off, and an additional day off on your birthday.
