The role
We are looking for a Junior Media Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Brazil. This is an ideal position for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about performance marketing and eager to grow their analytical skills within a mission-driven company. You will play a key role in creating and optimizing paid media campaigns that deliver meaningful results for our educational initiatives.
Core responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives and copy while analyzing campaign data to generate actionable reports for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align media strategies with broader marketing goals and manage lead journeys effectively.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A completed degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of paid media platforms, specifically Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Bonus: Prior experience or familiarity with CRM tools is considered a significant advantage.
